A BIT PRICEY, BUT WORTH THE COST
I initially was very pleased with the ordering experience on fromyouflowers.com, but given the fact that the flowers were delivered the day after my mom's 70th birthday instead of on the actual day as requested, AND they looked NOTHING like what I ordered, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. :( I selected the item and size of bouquet I did because of all the colors and I knew how much my mom would love them. When she texted me pictures of what she actually received, I think the only flower that was in both her bouquet and the one on the website is the yellow roses. And the size of the arrangement looks like the regular and not the deluxe that I paid for. For what I paid I sincerely would have expected more.

I live in Denmark and use fromyouflowers when I want to sent flowers to my aunt in Washington. She always take a picture of the bouquet and both she and I are very satisfied.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
