Driver didn't ring bell, pkg was left outside by a garage door not on doorstep so she didn't know anything was delivered.
Then there is no way to contact customer service except by email and then I have to wait 2-4 days for an answer? Not good.

I was disappointed that the vase I was ordering with flowers was unavailable. The picture should be updated when that happens, since I sometimes order by the vase picture instead of the flowers pictures. I was also disappointed that I paid $2.99 for same day delivery, and was assured that it was still possible, but that didn't happen as my mother informed me that the flowers were delivered on Wednesday, not Tuesday. I will say, though, that my mother loved the flowers, their colors and their freshness, so for that, I am happy with fromyouflowers. But to pay extra for service that didn't happen...well, you know that isn't right.
No service fees, no surprises! Will not order any where else after finding this site!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
