Not only did my flowers not look like the photo, but when i called costumer service to speak to someone the first person hung up me when i asked her to repeat herself because i could not understand her through her thick accent. Next i called back and was hung up on again but then the representative called me back only to tell me they would only give me 10$ from my 66$ order. He was very un-apologetic and unhelpful. After us hanging up I've received around 5 phone calls from different representaives harassing me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

The Zen Premium arrangement was GORGEOUS! It was the first flower arrangement I ordered that was more beautiful than the picture. It went to someone else, but I was wishing I had one too. The flowers are beautiful, my last order was a flower basket, and it lasted over 2 weeks. Very IMPRESSIVE! I always get flowers for others, someday I might get some for myself.

The picture was a much bigger arrangement than what was received. Feels deceptive! You should show a picture of the smaller arrangement, a picture of the medium sized arrangement and the large arrangement so that the consumer can actually see what they are buying! I thought I was getting a two candle arrangement and it came much smaller and with one candle. It was a beautiful arrangement but not exactly what I thought I had bought.
I specifically selected the How Sweet It Is bouquet to coordinate with the table setting. I was disappointed that a totally different bouquet was delivered and that the roses were dead.
Easy to order, received on time and my friend loved them.

The flowers I ordered last, was a spray for a funeral. The family could only choose one to bring in the service and they chose that one. That's how pretty they were.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
