I had a free service fee code that I couldn't use because another code was automatically applied. Also, the total charges (including service fee) only shows up on final review. This should be presented at the initial charges (immediately after you select the destination address)

The price and express delivery were great! I felt the bouquet (Christmas Cheer) looked like the smaller version than the Deluxe I ordered. The recipient sent me a photo which I compared with the online photo. Flowers were pretty just not the full bouquet as pictured in the Deluxe selection
