Dried fruit came a day later than promised. It's a difficult time of year. I would have been happy with a day later rather than have my 92 year old mother checking the front door every half hour when it was expected. Don't promise what you cannot be sure to fulfill.
I have ordered through you guys multiple times and I have to say I am very disappointed this time around. I spent way to much for what my mother received. I will not be using you in the future
The only problem I have ever had with from you flowers is substitution policy. When I look for flowers with a particular person in mind I choose the vase accordingly however, this time the vase exceeded expectations and our Mother was very happy with the arrangement

So far so good depends if it arrives on time and if it looks as good as the picture and when it did arrive it was very lovely he loved them I was a little skeptical as last year the arrangement I had picked to send was terrible and had to be replaced even then it was nothing like what I had ordered but I am happy to say all was well this time

Ordering process is very tedious
Most of all of the arrangements I have ordered have been very satisfactory. One of the last orders I received is very skimpy, a little close to the actual picture but not worth the money I paid!
Went on your site minutes before with a $15.00 promo code which i tried to use and it didnt exsist!
Excited about how simple the process was. Didn't arrive in the described pot or vase as stated on the internet.
I don't like the way you hide the handling fee until the very end. Shame on you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
