To whom it may concern,
I am contacting you for the third time today in my extreme frustration over my recent order with From You Flowers.
I received an email at approximately 1pm saying my order was delivered. Upon contacting the recipient (who has a broken leg) she informed me the email was in fact false as nothing was delivered.
I contacted From You Flowers customer service line and was told that they could not contact the florist however would call me when they did.
I contacted From You Flowers customer service for a second time approximately an hour later to recieve an update and was told the same thing, "we could not contact the florist." Due to the email I received that the flowers were delivered and the timing of the day, I requested a refund. Customer service insisted they had until 6pm before they could issue a refund and they could guarantee delivery on Monday.
I chose to order through your service because you "guarantee delivery." Your customer service refused to offer an alternative arrangement to amend the situation and their only solution was "we can guarantee by Monday." If I had wanted an arrangement delivered on Monday I would not have chosen From You Flowers. I am a returning customer however after this experience will not be returning and will tell all my friends and family to not use this service due to the lack of customer service and understanding.
A person delivers flowers to make someone's day more improved. When I asked the recipient to check her doorstep for the arrangement because I had received an email saying "delivered" instead of a feeling of elation she received disappoint and that's the exact feeling I have with your company.
I would ask that you contact me however because this is my third time contacting you -because of the false encouragement that your customer service will be contacting me - I will continue to have little hopes in this issue being resolved.

The flowers were very close to what I chose by picture and arrived the day I requested. I ordered them for my daughter-in-law and she loved them.
Shopping was nice. Glad to have options. Order was delivered a day late. Dissapointed our children and grandchildren.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
