After family sent picture of order Mini Christmas tree, it was nothing like picture. Looked like twigs in a basket. Anyone can tell it was not the order. I order from this company all the time cause service and prices are better than most but whoever you contract out to do this one really dropped the ball.

The flowers (sent as a gift) were beautiful, delivered on day I requested and most importantly, looked exactly like the picture that I picked. This has not happened in the last few years, that I have been ordering on-line! I am very pleased!

The situation with the flowers I ordered is ridiculous. I ordered one kind of flowers' composition, but a completely different one came! Not even close to the one I actually ordered.
I live in a different country. I decided to make a surprise for my family. I wanted to make them happy despite the fact that I live so far away from them and we haven't met in the past two years. I wanted them to feel loved no matter how far apart we are. I relied on you, but unfortunately it came out badly. I don't even know how this situation can be fixed.
