Great selection of arrangements and prices.
Very quick same day delivery. We got this as a thank you to some relatives after our visit. Ordered at the airport and it arrived within a couple of hours. Arrangement was different to the one pictured but still lovely. Be aware that there is a $15 service fee though.

I can't exactly see what I'm getting. Like the card I chose, the vase, balloons if I picked some... Flowers are intimate and we need to see what exactly is going to be delivered. Also your website needs a redesign, it looks and feels old.

The flowers arrived after 630pm. My step dad waited to take my mom to dinner until 630pm and still no flowers. They were at the door when my parents got back. It was for my moms Birthday and she didnt get them within the scheduled time frame. For the amount of money I paid, the arrangement was beautiful but since it wasn't delivered on time. I will never buy from this site again or refer you to anyone. I called and tried to get a delivery time and no one could give me an approximate time, just between 9am to 6pm. They were there after 630pm. Not good business or customer service. But I was happy with the arrangement.
Site was easy to navigate and liked that I had the option to access my Amazon account for payment. Flowers were delivered to my grandmother and can not stop bragging about how beautiful they are.

Beautiful and super quick response from order to delivery
I thought the delivery/shipping charge was high. It wasn't clear that the flowers were being delivered by UPS until I received the order confirmation. I initially assumed it would be delivered by a florist. It all worked out and the delivery was as on time. The flowers look pretty in a photo I received from the recipient, but seemed a bit smaller than I expected.
The flowers were damaged and dead. I feel very embarrassed and the person who received them is very sad as orchids are their favourite flowers. How are you going to rectify this? You need to go over and beyond or else I am going to write a blog and post photos of how I received these flowers. I also sent a separate email with photos. Shame on you.
