The flowers certainly doesn't look like the pictures. They come in a box which shipped for two days. And you have to put them together. I sent them to a friend because she just had back surgery and she appreciated them but she sent me a picture and the flowers are fresh but like I said they come in a box and you have to trim them yourself. So when some people are unable to do that because of certain issues. That option makes the flower set look crappy. I wish I would've known that they were shipped in a box and not a local florist. I wish I could upload a picture..

The arrangement was superb and greatly appreciated by the recipient - it was quite late in delivery (that is days late)
The delivery email message was one hour ahead of the actual delivery, it got me worried. So far OK
I would definitely order again, flowers were beautiful, fast delivery, and customer service was fantastic.
One thing I would change is I would give customers the option to choose the candy they would like in their baskets. However, I was very satisfied with everything.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
