It was a very nice experience ordering flowers.
My issue was with the size of the product verses the price I paid. I think it should have been bigger or at least list the size, in inches, how tall it will be.
Trying this out for the 1st time, website is user friendly, waiting to see if the flowers get delivered on time, then will be absolutely satisfied.
The website gives you 2 options on time delivery, I chose 5pm because my mother gets home around 3pm. I get an email with a confirmation order that states the flowers will be delivered between 9am-5pm. Which confused me, I called to find out why, apparently UPS delivered. I was under the impression that this was a local store.
At any rate, she received the gift and that's all that matters.
I ordered from your site because of it's high rating and the fact that I have had poor experiences with others sites in the past. I received a photo of the arrangement after it was delivered; it was very nice and basically what I expected. The only reason I'm rating it a 4 vs. a 5 is that it was beautiful on one side and sparse on the other. One more rose or lily would have fixed it or the arranger could have done a little better job.
You are lead to believe that the price is one thing and then you get to the end where there is an additional charge that's more than the discount offered for the special.
Hard to evaluate before product has been delivered, but positive thus far!...in the end, 100% satisfied. Service and product were both wonderful and im actually looking forward to using this company in the future!

Arrangement was much smaller than expected. Also lots of buds but not many already bloomed flowers - probably why it looks so small.
When my daughter received her bouquet of flowers she called me immediately saying how beautiful they were and how all of her co-workers were saying how beautiful they were. I daughter said she felt so spoiled by the gorgious bouquet. I ordered the deluxe size but she said they were huge. Thank you for making my gift to my daughter, on her birthday, so special.
The site was easy to navigate however my experience with online flower purchase has been less than satisfying. After delivery, I will have a more accurate review.
Post Delivery - Just as with prior online flower purchases, the flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the flowers ordered and I even upgraded to the premium bouquet. The flowers used in the bouquet delivered were not pictured online. The flowers were not arranged but just bunched into a vase. The ribbon tied around the vase was not even a nice bow... something that is quite simple to do. I am extremely unhappy.
