Flowers were beautiful, however, they were delivered to the wrong address. My daughter received a call...so the surprise delivery was ruined. She is 19 today and this was her first flower delivery.
I did not receive my flowers on time for my sister birthday but the customer service representative refund percentage of the money. Next day my sister received the flowers. She was very happy. Thank you
