Don't understand how it duplicated the order but I got it figured out and got what I wanted.
It was great until the most recent one in December, I ordered flowers for a funeral service. Not only it did not get delivered but I was not notified till January that someone dropped the ball. Let's see how this one goes!

Delivered early which was ok because the recipient was home. The flowers were pretty and although the types of flowers were correct they looked very little like the arrangement pictured on the site. The main reason I ordered the arrangement was because I wanted yellow and purple for Mardi Gras and the daisies used ended up being white and the tulips were already opening up a great deal so not sure how long the arrangement will last.

The item delivered was nothing like the photo on the website. I paid for the premium option and what was delivered didn't even look as good as the regular option. It had nowhere near the amount of roses shown in the photo, and had green leaves and foliage instead of the other flowers that should have been provided. Was told I'd get a 30% refund which still made it more than the regular option and a rip off for what was delivered. Was then told a supervisor would sort it immediately but heard nothing since. I would never use them again - should have read the reviews and expected the generic statement that it's not up to their usual standards! It sounds like it is though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
