Ordered flowers on line for a next day Birthday Gift delivery.
Took my money, Then emailed me saying flowers were delivered, then a few min. Later sent another email saying they were NOT delivered, THEN said they would deliver NEXT DAY... The day AFTER my friends birthday. WTF? THEN offered an upgrade to a BIGGER arrangement, THEN said they didn't have enough flowers or the correct flowers to complete my order. ALSO charged me $5.00 for a 10c mylar balloon that had NO mention of COST in the listing. Oh and the price on Website was $12 LESS than what I was charged.
THIS company and the Floral shop in Hillsborough, N. J. advertise items that they CANNOT deliver. False advertising, AND a RIP-OFF!
Excited when I found d the site and the bouquet, but then my sister sent a picture of the flowers and the vase seemed too big so many flowers out and flipping down. Buds fully open so dont think it will last long. Not worth the price.

I ordered & paid for the "PREMIUM" bouquet, pictured on your website. My recipient received the size of the photo on your website, which is noted to be the "DELUXE" bouquet. Other than the disappointment of not having a "PREMIUM" bouquet that WOWED! My recipient...I was happy with the overall experience. As, the bouquet sent was beautiful & did look like the photo online. Next time, I wont waste money or hopes on the "PREMIUM" bouquet.

The roses were dead. They were terrible. I also bought a vase and there wasn't even a ribbon around it. Could not believe them when I saw them. Will not order from this company again. I was so embarrassed giving sending something like that to my sick mother in law

This is not the first time I have ordered fromyouflowers.com. I like the prices and the discounts given. Totally pleased all the way around. However, this last order was delivered timely but the recipient did not receive them until late in the evening, after inquiring about the flowers. It's too bad your delivery person cannot deliver directly to the recipients. This particular person is in a hospital situation and had I not phoned to ask if she had received the flowers, she still may not have them. Other than that, totally happy with the service you provide.
The delivery time was good. I paid for the premium flowers to be sent to my mother. She sent me a picture and they did not look like online. Much much smaller and less flowers. Your advertisement should show what will actually be sent. Pais 63 dollars for a very small flower arrangement and 2 balloons.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
