Too expensive
Both items were of outstanding quality. One of the items arrived two days late which severely detracted from its value as a confidence booster for teenage granddaughter's first stage performance.
Your charging me for a same day / weekend delivery but they wont be diliverd till Monday the 4th and thats not a weekend or same day
The service and handling fee should be mentioned upfront. It seems deceitful. Also, because of this fee your prices are no better than anyone else's. I will not recommend your site to anyone else nor will I be using your service again.

Easy to order, comparable prices. Were sent to a friend for her Birthday. They arrived in timely manner and the driver was very pleasant. Floral arrangement was very nice.
Everything was as ordered and delivered on time.
The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture of what I thought I had ordered. The arrangement looked like it was thrown together, one of the flowers was losing it's petals, and there was a lot of baby's breath. The vase was green instead of clear. I was very disappointed when my daughter (recipient of the flowers) showed me a photo of what was delivered.
I thought the flowers I pick were going to be a little more for the price but she liked them.
