The customer service was very responsive, and email is much faster than phone. But the reason I needed to call them was because of the tracking system, which led me to believe nothing was delivered. Business delivery - By 5pm, and the delivery was still in route until 6 Causing a "delay" picking the individual up from work. Numerous phone calls and emails between me, the company and florist. Redirected delivery to home address just to find out they were delivered earlier to her work. Unnecessary frustration for many, especially when the florist should have been able to provide that information upon reaching out. The company is fine but unless I can choose the florist, or they encourage the florists to use the work order system more consistently, I'll probably order direct the next time. That way I can cut out the middle man and have direct communication. $15 delivery fee + $3 for same day delivery seems high for a not so smooth experience. I haven't been fortunate to see the products as I'm still in the doghouse. Maybe if they were exceptional, I'd be thrown a bone so I'm going to assume they were average.

Lots of choices and site easy to use. Delivered as promised. High quality flowers used. We are very happy.
Experience was a little out of sorts but I would try again with FYF. My sister was not home to receive the delivery and I missed the phone call. These things are both our error. However, I spent 15 minutes on hold waiting for a representative to reschedule a delivery. I told them they could leave the flowers at the side door of the house, but in the end, she had to pick the flowers up from the store. Lastly, the bouquet received vs the bouquet ordered were wildly different! FYF was cheaper than a traditional florist, so I will try again in the future.

My local florist was closed for vacation and I needed a floral arrangement same day...I googled and from you flowers was first to pop up. The website was easy to use the prices seemed reasonable so I gave it a shot...In addition, I ordered through Ebates so I was getting an additional incentive. I have not had the opportunity to see the arrangement but the end user said it was beautiful.
