When my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers, I was quite disappointed. I realize that the florist try's to make it look nice with what they have on hand, but the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered, and quite frankly, they just weren't put together properly. I felt like I wasted my money.

You don't find out about the shipping and handling fee which was outrageous until you finished the check out process. Should be upfront and honest. I guess then you would not have made the sale.

I am very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. It looked nothing like the photo on the fromyouflowers website. The arrangement's name is ZenArtistry. It captured the understated elegance that I desired. What was delivered was garish and tacky. Large bright hot pink flowers were included in the arrangement. How could anyone think these flowers would enhance the appearance of the arrangement? If there had to be a substitution, why not use a neutral color flower instead? The taste level of the florist is questionable. I wish I could attach a photo of the delivered flowers. I completely regret dealing with fromyouflowers.
