I could NOT order any extras and my 1st order just disappeared...Idk why? I could not get the picture vase, I really wanted, so I just gave up. Boohoo!
The florals are nice but, for the price, I thought they should have, at least, a few more stems. They arrived at a good time! Thanks!

Flowers were not quite as pictured. Additional flowers were added that I would've preferred removed. Otherwise, the website is simple to navigate and checkout was swift.

The product was great. The problem was delivery, but was quickly resolved. The order was delivered later than expected, but the store kept trying to deliver. Also the customer service was flawless when things started to go wrong and they made sure to stay in contact with me. Thank you and my wife is happy.

I didn't care for the surprise fees at the end but I'm happy with all the choices to choose from. The flowers were delivered within 3 hours of me ordering I'm so impressed and will absolutely order again.

They shipped on time and made it before 5pm at her house. I will say if it was her job she gets off at 4:30 so it would have not been on time. Earlier delivery times in the day would be beneficial in my opinion

The flowers shown on the website vs. what was delivered varies greatly, especially when a $30 bouquet turns out to be $60 when it's all said and done. A lot of cheap carnations used as fillers and few quality, 'premium' flowers. Again, not for the price.

The shopping experience was fine, lots of options, but they should have lower rates for shipping. I found it to be expensive in the end. The only thing that would make me purchase again is that the flowers better be fresh and the arrangement has to loo pretty. After all it's a special occasion, i have clients that would love these arrangements but it has to be up to par. That would definitely make me want to come back.

It's a bit confusing going back and forth to PayPal during the order. I'd prefer to complete my order and go to PayPal only once.
The delivery was fast I appreciated the email updates.
The recipient was happy with her flowers.

I chose March 23 as delivery date for a birthday delivery, but they were delivered on March 22, the day before.

Very simple and easy to use the website. It was a gift for my mother and she absolutely loved it! If my mom is happy then I am definitely happy. She said the flowers were very fresh love the colors of the balloons and flowers together. Definitely will use this site again!

Reasonable prices in an already difficult time. Should have read the dimensions closer.

It was misleading. I was expecting to pay $35.plus deliver and tax. But there were so many unexplained fees. By the way, the flowers that we purchased. Looked so much better online than the ones actually delivered. Sad
