My brother-in-law passed away suddenly and because I live about 1,000 miles away from my family, I couldn't get home on such short notice. Since I couldn't be there, I wanted to send a really nice arrangement and let them know I was thinking of them during a very difficult time. I picked out some bright, beautiful flowers and they did arrive at the funeral home on time. When a family member who was at the wake sent me a picture of them, I was so embarassed. If I could attach that picture to this review, I would. The flowers were beautiful; the arrangment was a lop-sided mess. It looked like someone hurriedly handed someone the flowers and that person took them and stuck them into the vase. And the card. The card is to be displayed on a clear acrylic flower pick card holder so the name of the sender of the flowers can be seen as people go around and look to see who sent flowers. The card for my arrangement was in the envelope and its corner was stuck into the vase with the flowers. Never again will I order flowers from this company.
