I never received any sort of email confirmation of the order and had to call into your customer service line to confirm that the order was processed and delivered. Website says that the order number I was provided ( *******) on the phone does not exist
It was a pretty bouquet but the red flowers that were in it look as if they had been frozen
The rest of the bouquet was beautiful
So far so good unless there's a problem with delivery...
Update: All went well...flowers were a gift. Recipient loved them. They arrived earlier than I expected. The same day service for a minimal fee was an added bonus! For that reason alone I would order from here again...other companies charge way too much for that option!
