The flowers themselves were great and my girlfriend really adored them. But, whoever was in charge of delivering the flowers simply left the flowers at the door and they didn't bother to call the person they were delivering the flowers to to see if they were home or even myself. What was the point of asking for phone numbers if they weren't going to bother to use them?
I am a long time patron of From You Flowers. This order was a gift sent to another person. The questions being asked are impossible to answer as I have no idea of the condition of the flowers when delivered or if the entire order was delivered as ordered. May I suggest you compose a new set of questions for orders that are ordered as a gift for family/friends in far away locations. Thank you.

You missed the delivery date which was her birthday completely unsatisfied not to mention sent me incorrect email saying it was delivered on the day after it had just been confirmed for delivery! This was my redemption and you failed again!
The bouquet was way smaller than expected. I ordered the deluxe size (the largest size) which turned out to be very medium sized bouquet.
