Everything was fine until I forgot my password. I chose to reset it and was sent an email with a token. But the token was invalid so I then had to sign up as a guest. Time consuming and frustrating. But tge order finally went through.

I was sent a permanent code for free shipping but it is never accepted when I shop. Bummer! The code is FSFL. Why won't it work? I know the florist needs to be paid but don't set up the expectation if the code is not going to work.

The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers we sent. They were pretty but arranged strangely. The online picture showed a nice, varied bouquet of assorted flowers. The photo the recipient sent us showed similar flowers but they were placed in the vase in groups, as in all the flowers of one color were together in a bunch, then all the flowers of another color were together in the next bunch. Unusual. Delivery time was perfect. We did not request a balloon but the recipient received one. Thanks for the bonus.

On the product page it showed $27.99, while at checkout it shows $34.99. I also didn't see any reference to a handling fee ($14.99!) anywhere until checkout. Including the same day delivery, I was thinking that I would spend about $32, maybe $35 with taxes based on the price but I feel as if I got baited and switched. It's also telling me at the bottom of the page that I'd get an extra 20% off for signing up for the newsletter or whatever that was but I didn't see any reference to it in checkout and couldn't figure out how to get it to apply. I even filled out everything a second time trying to get it to work. Very bad experience.

For unexplained reason, the arrangement I desired was not able to be delivered. I chose another selection and pray it will be satisfactory. The order was an abomination to my Sister's funeral. Half dead roses and sunflowers with Gerber daisies! I want a refund.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 04/15. I got charged twice and when I called to dispute it, the representative wasn't pleasant. She did reverse one charge which I have to wait 3-5 business days for. Then the recipient did Not recieve her flowers on time. Instead, they were delivered a day late. She sent me photos of the arrangement and I was embarrassed. The flowers looked old, the petals were all creased and bent. I wouldn't have paid $5 for the arrangement she recieved. I will never use this site again. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the price. Highly disappointed!
