I sent this order to my sister. She received it very timely--within about 3 hours of placing the order. However, she sent me a photo of what she received and it did not look much like what I had ordered. It was delivered in a different type of vase/receptacle, and the mix of flowers was different than what was pictured on the website. Finally, it seemed that the arrangement did not have as many flowers in it as the arrangement that was pictured.
If changes are made to the arrangement ordered, I think that the person who ordered the arrangement should be contacted. I do not fee that what was delivered was worth the price I paid.
The flowers that were delivered were pretty but not at all like the picture of what I ordered. It also seemed alot smaller--especially for the price I paid. Not very happy - sorry.

So birthday was missed but it turned out alright in the end, delivered the next day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
