Order form was user friendly. This was a gift to someone else. Not actually delivered to me. Also, I had to make a change to the order and correct an address. Everything was great the only thing that was different was on the website the balloon pictures with the flowers is Mylar and says happy birthday but what was delivered was a latex yellow balloon.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day. The morning of Valentine's day the company sent me a message they will be changing my order. The flowers came and they looked completely different from what I ordered. The switched flowers looked putrid, old, and disgusting. I believe they just took left over flowers from the week before and slapped them together. I called their office for reasons why they changed my order without my approval and wanted a refund or a different order but the company refused.
Ordering online was great and they arrived as needed. But the flowers have not opened and are drying up and wilted.
Didn't know there would be a $6.99 charge because I ordered the same week I wanted delivery. Disappointed. Should be made clearer before check out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
