The shop did not deliver the flower gift. They wanted to know what the initials on the card meant. JESAJ & K Williams. Which of course is the first initial of family members names. Why that mattered I'm not sure? However, they did refund $10.50. I'm assuming because of their failure to deliver to the school as requested. My niece (Asst Principal) was very pleased with the arrangement.
It did not look like the picture I was looking at and a few flowers were broke or wilted.
Quick delivery and great price
Shopping and sending flowers was very easy. I am concerned about how lovely the flowers Were when delivered. Were they as beautiful as pictured. I have had previous experience with the flowers not being very nice at all. I do hope these were gorgeous. It would be nice if you personally sent me a picture of the arrangement that you delivered. The recipient thanked me for the flowers, but I have no idea how beautiful they were. And of course the recipient said how nice it was because that is the polite thing to say, but were they really beautiful. I need a picture!
I order here already the second time, from Kazakhstan, but today the delivery wasn't like in a picture, it should be a wood basket not plastic box, please change in your advertising, and show for clients a true picture, thank you

It was very easy to navigate the fromyouflowers website. Very user friendly. They have nice selections of arrangements for the price. The delivery time was within a few hours after I placed the order which is amazing! The kicker is, the arrangement My friend received, looked nothing like the one I spent hours searching for. It was missing the Lily's and the succulent that were my favorite parts of the arrangement I selected. The colors weren't even the same. It is false advertising to show an arrangement as same day delivery, and that it is possible for it to be delivered in my area the same way it looks on the website. I understand some flowers may not be in season. If not, they shouldn't be advertised that they are available! Next time I guess I'll just ask someone from the company to pick for me since that's pretty much what happened. I am not one to usually post negative reviews, but I am very upset. They have given me a credit to my account for my order, which I'm grateful, but that will still not change the fact my friend got nothing what I ordered for her.

The arrangement was much smaller than I expected... so i'm disappointed in the size of the arrangement, although the flowers are beautiful. The balloons were smaller than I expected as well. I expected normal size balloons, but the balloons are about the size of balloons on sticks. Guess the good thing is they weren't the focal point of the arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
