The picture of the flowers that we ordered was completely different that what was delivered. We paid extra for more flowers and the flowers received by my mom were very disappointing. One rose, a Lily and a few carnations? Wow, certainly not what was advertised

FIRST TIME ORDERING IN APRIL. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW LOVED THE ARRANGEMENT...
The flowers bouquet that I ordered was called Bright Blue Skies Bouquet, It looked beautiful in the pictures. This order was for my son and daughter-in-law to say Congratulations of the purchase of their new home. I ordered this specific bouquet with the blue delphinium flowers, because blue is there favorite color. I was quite disappointed when they sent me a picture of themselves with the arrangement to say thank you. Their were no blue delphinium or any other blue flowers in the bouquet at all, just yellow, purple and white. (you would definitely have never known that the name of the arrangement was suppose to be Bright Blue Skies)! I do understand that sometimes they have to substitute flowers for what is in season or available, but not to have any blue flowers at all was very disappointing. I have ordered from this company several times, but not sure if I will again. This was for a VERY SPECIAL occasion, and I am just so disappointed.

Shopping experience was good, easy choices. Flowers however were dead on arrival very unhappy. Not happy at all was supposed to be a nice surprise for my wife on our anniversary and the main attractions (sunflowers) were flopping over vase
I sent the floweers to my mother and she was surprised and very happy.
I think shipping is a bit steep, but if my godmother calls on her birthday and says she loves them...then I will be happy. Aunt Marilynn called she loved the blue and yellow flowers. I always ask what color the flowers were so I know forsure if she got what I sent. Thank you for making us both happy with the order. See you next year.
