I send flowers for a friend for her birthday to another state. What was promise on how it will look and what my friend received was very disappointing...not happy and will not be a returning customer.

What I ordered was not sent as the florist did not have it. What was sent was not even close to what I ordered and paid for. I ordered The Bee Well arrangement with the nurse in it. What was sent was a small vase of flowers and nowhere on it said Get Well. A mylar balloon was added and it did not say Get Well. Was a smiley and half inflated. I was embarrassed Really think I should get my money back!

Suddenly added same day delivery fee, and I ordered the day before. Plus if is delivered in ******* it has to be a limit but in ******* which is 20 miles up the road, there is no limit. Bouquet not near as pretty for real as in pictures and vase is a jar rather than pretty pink vase. Disappointed. Kelly's from North Vernon not as good as Columbus florists and Columbus would be closer. Why not Seymour florist? Done with using this. Too pricey and unpredictable.

The flowers themselves were price reasonable, it's the shipping and handling that was pricey. Also the flowers in person did not look as vibrant as the photo. Overall, the person was happy that received them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
