I liked the assortment they had available
Placed a same day order within the company's guidelines, needed the fruit & chocolate basket for a guest staying at a hotel for one night. Website states, same day business order would be delivered by 5pm.
Nothing was delivered, after numerous calls, escalating to a Lead, was advised the florist they gave the job to was not responding, so they have no status update on my 'same day delivery order'. Lead promises to look into it and call back, never does. Have to call back again, Lead no longer available... have to go over the whole explanation again and same excuse, do not know. By now late evening and the reason for the amenity has passed, they make no offer to replace the order with another order either. Nothing, except offers me a $10 certificate for a future order.
That night I asked them to cancel the order and shortly after received an e-mail stating order have been delivered. Spoke to clients next day, who said they received no delivery, how embarrassing! Had to make more calls next day to about the fake delivery notification, again another sorry.
Worst, worst, worst experience over a simple gift basket which was never delivered and not to mention all the phone times trying to get it sorted and refund. There are many credible companies out there, do your research and do not use this company, it is a scam!

I have never been more dissatisfied with an order. First I received a call that my order could not be delivered the day I requested, even though I paid more for that. I had to change the delivery address, which I did. The order was still not delivered on the guaranteed date. I was told that delivery was attempted on the guaranteed date and something was left on the door as to call when the recipient was home. There was nothing left on the door, as I was at the delivery location. So now I had to call. Both times I spoke to someone at your company, they had very broken English and were VERY difficult to understand. Finally, after 12 minutes on the phone, I was told the basket would be delivered on the next day. It was delivered, however, for $75, it was THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. There were no more than 10 candy bars and less than 10 bags of chips in a cheap looking basket. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. NOTHING!
Ordered flowers for my wife on our 14th anniversary. They were to be delivered to her work in New Jersey that has florist everywhere. Hours later I received an email saying they had to change the product due to not being able to supply what was on their site. Hour or so later they said they wouldn't be able to deliver within the time span I paid for, (credited the expedite charge) later another couple of emails saying they would be later than thought. At the end they never delivered the flowers.
Go to another site if you don't want to gamble.

The order was supposed to have been delivered on 7/8//19 but it was not received until today, 7/9/19.
There were a lot of beautiful arrangements to choose from when I ordered.
I never got to see the actual arrangement because it was sent to a funeral home out of state, but I called the funeral home to make sure it had arrived on time and was told it did and that it was beautiful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
