Ordering was easy and delivery was within the time suggested. My flowers didn't look exactly like the picture I ordered, but I got all the flower types I ordered. A little disappointing only because I would never routinely order 90% pale pink flowers with occasional spots of purple but I suppose that maybe pretty to someone else.
I received an email around 1pm stating my order had been delivered when it wasn't. It got delivered around 430pm after multiple calls to customer service...

It was very easy to order. However, although it was advertised as same day delivery, I was charged a delivery charge and a service charge. Also. The picture I based my order on had about 2 dozen flowers. The flowers that arrived at my husbands office were less than a dozen according to the picture my husband sent of the delivery. I called and spoke to customer service. They informed me that he picture was of the deluxe arrangement. The deluxe would have cost $87.00. I paid $81.00 what I am told was a regular display. Had this information been on your website, I would have bought the deluxe since it was much better. I was disappointed in the end result as it was. That being said, the delivery was rapid and. Arrived within an hour of my placing the order. Fantastic!

Everything was good, but I did not know there was going to be a service or handling charge. The product it came did not match the picture on the advertisement. They were supposed to be roses and carnations and it only came with roses and some other small flowers. There were no carnations

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
