I placed my order for flowers FIVE days prior to when I needed them to be delivered. I ordered them to be delivered to the viewing/visitation at the funeral home on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, at the graveside service I asked my niece to take a picture of the flowers for me since I could not be there personally and the flowers were not there. I called Customer Service and they told me that the FLORIST called the funeral home and made arrangements for the flowers to be delivered to the Funeral home on Wednesday (the day of her Graveside service - not the viewing). That graveside service was taking place at that moment with no flowers from us there! They offered to have the flowers delivered the following day to the family's home (but still charging me, of course). NO THANKS. I ordered these to have our presence and love felt at the services... YOU FAILED YOUR PART. This is something you can't re-do. TOTAL FAIL. And your half attempt to "rectify" the problem was WEAK. Now my family and I look like thoughtless dirt bags. They don't want to/have the time/need to hear the story of what happened. They are burying their loved one. ABSOLUTE DISASTER.
This delivery arrived a little more wilted than other deliveries but recipient hopes that cutting the stems a bit and adding a packet included with the flowers to fresh water, will revive them, as this has worked in the past.
While this was a quick way to order and the flowers were delivered on time I became concerned when me friend described what she received. Then she sent me a photo. Instead of 5 tall sunflowers in a galvanized tin, she received 4 short stubby sunflowers (4-5 inches tall) in a short dotted container. The flowers stood in water-no foam or anything to hold them in place. They appear fresh but other than that the greenery included nearly overwhelmed them. For nearly $50 I expected more.
I would definitely use them again! And...recommend them.

Extra cost seem high delivery was after 6:00 even tho it says delicate 5:15. Bouquet looks more like sweetheart roses than full size roses
