Very good service. The handling fee was crazy bigt. $15.99 for a $35.00 basket of flowers. I would rather be charged up front and know the cost than not to know until i check out and find out the extra handling fee. That was disappointing.

Ordered the large Plants-a-plenty and it is much smaller than I had expected for the price we paid. I will have to add to this arrangement for it to be anywhere close to what it needs to be to be appropriate.
Placing my order was simple and relatively easy. It was helpful that some arrangements pictured also were accompanied by size dimensions for perspective. Would be great to see delivery fee revealed prior to checkout. Being able to select date and time frame was a plus. Delivery was completed exactly as promised. Recipient loved the arrangement!

I was not happy with the quality of the fruit. It looked nothing like the picture and wasn't even in a basket. Some of the fruit was very ripe and I'm just very unhappy with the whole purchase. That's far too much money to pay for something that looks like that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
