I live long distance, so my brother sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered for my mother in the hospital. There weren't any roses in the mix. According to the picture online, however, there were two roses pictured among the flowers. This practice is deceitful. The picture shouldn't show roses to promote sales, and then withhold the roses after the sale. I believe in honesty and integrity, and this company does not. They offered me a $10 coupon for a future order, but I will not order from them again. Why did they not send me a $10 check? Because they lack integrity.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
