You need to tell people about the $15 service charge BEFORE going to paypal :(

Delivery was awesome!
The flowers were awful, brown and dried up.

I thought it would have Roses in the arrangement based on the picture when I ordered. But overall very pretty arrangement.

Have always used this company for flower orders for several years now! Other flower companies always mess up the orders and once I found this one and tried it once and kept coming back and never had a bad order...knock on wood! I've recommended it to several ppl! Love the website, it's very user friendly!

The flowers were delived on-time.

My mom went into the hospital and I live out of state. I wasn't sure when she would be released so I needed something pretty, not outrageously expensive and most of all fast. It was there in less than 2 hours. They were beautiful flowers too! Thank you!

I am glad the flower got to where I wanted them to go however the color of the flowers were not the same as the picture. And that is a big problem, for I selected the flowers based off of the colors. I was very unhappy with the flowers that got sent.

Though the flowers were delivered much later in the day than I would have liked, they are beautiful.

The delivery was a day late, the instructions of where to delivery was limited due on the online form. The flowers were not fresh. Was very disappointed in the product. My recommendation would be to not have this particular florist deliver orders

I was not informed of the total cost until after I placed my order. It would be a hassle to go back to change my order

Easy to see and shop. The only problem is when they offer you a discount with a code it will not take and is confusing to get the discount to apply. It said it was applied but I did not see any discount with my order.

My Aunt was thrilled with her flowers. I am in the midwest she is on the west coast, she is so pleased.

These were for my step mom's birthday. We lost my dad back in May. They were married for 44 years. So this was a really hard day. She said the flowers were beautiful and completely brightened her day. Thank you for the timely delivery and beautiful bouquet. It really means a lot. Will recommend you to all my friends.
