I will be happier when the piece is delivered EXACTLY as shown in the picture on your web site...I will be seeing a picture of the piece when it is delivered, if it is not exactly as shown, I will be calling to complain. So until I see a picture of the piece that was delivered I won't be able to really verify how satisfied I am with the product/services for this order. But, I will say I have been extremely happy with my previous orders and how orders that were not satisfactory were handled with the utmost professionalism. They are a customer friendly company, very honest and respectable.

The flowers arrived some roses were broken from the stem and one of the lilies were wilted. Called customer service and they offered a $ 12.19 credit on a sixty dollar order and I have two weeks to use it. And let's not forget 10.00 gift certificate.

They were not the most freshest flowers, a few of the white flowers were wilted, but overall it was a nice arrangement and the cost/delivery were great.
I paid for the bigger arrangement and the arrangement that was delivered was depleted, full and was not worth the $59 I spent. The service was very fast and I appreciate that, however the flower arrangement could have used some more care and time.
