Easy ordering - a little pricey but I don't buy flowers more than a couple of times per year. I was a little disappointed that the local distributor didn't have exactly what I ordered, but that stuff happens from time to time. It wasn't a big deal.

Sometimes some of the flower stems arrive broken. But it's only happen twice out of all my ordered. Two arrive broken just under the flower in one order and one arrived broken in another order.
There was enough to remove it and it still looked ok though. The one that had one broken was a dozen roses. I got away with that by explaining there was only 11 because she had to look in the mirror to see the 12th one.
The only problem I had is that the Mylar balloon said Happy Birthday instead of Happy Anniversary. They credited $5 for the mistake and notified the local florist.

Everything was easy and the options were good, but you didn't tell me upfront that it was too late for same day delivery :(. Also didn't tell me about the $20 extra in service fees and tax until after the payment info was in. The original total was a bait and switch. Glad to send my Mom flowers, but the 'send flowers same day for $29' was a mean, sneaky tactic.
