Site very user friendly but was bombed that the zip code I am sending the bouquet to has a price that was not conducive to my budget. Flowers did not look anything like the picture on the site. Cheap flowers were used in the bouquet. The overall bouquet did not look like it should have been $40.
Not only was my order a day late it looked very little like the arrangement I spent a lot of time very carefully selecting. It was supposed to be upgraded because of the delay and it wasn't. I'm very unhappy with my experience. This was actually my first time ordering flowers online and I did it because I felt so bad that I couldn't be the too help my beloved Godmother recover from surgery. I spent a lot of money to make sure she got the perfect flowers at the perfect time and made sure to send them when I knew she'd be home and nothing went right. When I called last night and they told me they would upgrade them to make up for the trouble I thought well at least she'll get a lot of really pretty flowers but instead she got a small arrangement that again barely resembles what I payed for. I will probably order flowers online again because I really liked the idea of the perfect gift being hand delivered from afar,but next time I'll try harder to find a company that will deliver on what they promise.

Customer service was very helpful but this was not an easy process. I had a coupon from you but the identical arrangement cost more going through the link you sent then by simply entering flowersforyou as a URL. What does that say about the company? Next, I received a message on 8/15, the day before the flowers were to be delivered that they arrived--when I called I found out that they weren't "able to deliver that day" even though it was a day early. I was given a credit which was appreciated but then when delivered the next day they came very late. So again, the customer service rep was lovely and helpful but I can't call this a good experience or one that I would recommend to others.
Not sure if it's the time of day, but I could not get same day delivery. When I clicked on what was available, I kept getting the same message. Finally just settled for delivery on the 20th. Not what I wanted.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
