1 Star: The only reason why FYF has such a high rating on their site is that they don't let you actually put in a star rating, only write in a comment box which they pick and choose which reviews to upload. This is the first and last time I will use them. They are completely UNRELIABLE! They didn't even get my order made or shipped for my father-in-law's FUNERAL (and I ordered 7 days prior)! I called multiple times to try to find where my order was and finally gave up and asked for a full refund when they couldn't "contact the florist" and my order had still not been delivered 4 HOURS AFTER the service and burial! The only reason they get a 1 star is that I received my full refund in 2 days. Don't waste your time and money here. The discount is not worth the disappointment. You get what you pay for.
Order the 12 roses, and only received 10, they DO NOT look like the picture, I Will not buy from you guys again. And Will not recommend you guys, IT was my first and last time ordering from you guys! Really disappointed.
You should tell people upfront that there is a $14.99 processing fee. The arrangement was OK - not great. Since the fee was so high I expected the flowers to be valued at what I paid for the arrangement.
