Fast, easy and convenient, but the flowers sent are NOT the flowers/colors I ordered.
I ordered flowers at 8:25 am and paid extra for same. Day delivery in a large town that has over a dozen flower shops. It was being delivered to a business and should have been delivered by 5 pm. I got an email at 5:38 pm that they were "sorry" they didn't do what they were paid to do, paid extra to be exact. The email further stated the flowers would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, i ordered them to be delivered same day for a reason. Took me 15 minutes of being on hold (twice) to get customer service to cancel the order and refund my money. I will never use this company or recommend them.

The Flowers were delivered by Albertson's late in the evening - after 6pm. The delivery person did N OT ring the bell and the recipient was unaware that flowers had been delivered until the next morning when she accidentally knocked over the vase of flowers by opening the door.
She was not thrilled.
Use this company exclusively.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
