FromYouFlowers is a very convenient service; however, I was disappointed in the arrangement I got. It was sweet but it didn't have the visual impact that the picture did. So, I think in the future if I need to order more flowers I'll stick to roses or a dishgarden.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
