Just wasn't sure about security of site at payment, had to look up info on web to be sure it was secure.
The flowers were as beautiful as the picture on the internet.

The delivery was one week late. I called everyday and was told that they would be delivered the next day, then they were not delivered. Finally a week later they arrived.

I bought the premium arrangement and the bouquet my daughter received looked nothing like the pic but the vase was correct. The fullness of the arrangement was more of the cheapest arrangement. Not worth $80+

Delivery by UPS was poor... Given the Florida heat the first next day delivery as notified was for the early hours of the day, that would have not been a problem. At around 11am, was notified by UPS text that the delivery would now be delayed between 2:15 and 4:15pm. The flowers arrived at 4pm, the roses were very hot to the touch given there length of time in the delivery truck, they appeared with dark cracks on the pedals, looked to be dried from the heat. I would not expect the roses to last longer then a few days.
I gave 5 stars on the ordering part of your service. Arrived when told it would. Did not see the finished product but the receiver said they wer beautiful!

Great birthday surprise for my Mommy! I completed The Whole process while I was overseas, and it was nice with all the different options they offered - the chocolates, stuffed animals, balloons, cards, etc. Overall experience was really great and went smoothly! Love!
Fast, Easy & Reasonable
The arrangement I ordered was unique. My mother who used to work as a florist loved the gift. She knows quality and she was very glad with how beautiful the arrangement was and the bright orange of the roses. She truly loved the gift and she is a tough person to please. Thanks so much for making her birthday so memorable.
Delivery charge is a little high, but the prices for flowers is reasonable.
The recipient has not received the flowers yet, I will leave a review after delivery.
Great site & prices
The website was wonderful - easy to navigate and find what I wanted, as well as the comprehensive selection of choices. And I understand that the pics online are primarily a representation of what I should expect; however, this was a surprise for my sister's 45th birthday and I definitely ordered the 'premium' selection. She received the flowers/balloons on time and was happy for the surprise, and sent my mother and I a picture. I have to say while I knew it wouldn't be exactly like the picture, it certainly did not appear to be a 'premium' bouquet, especially for $60. As my sister and I do not generally give gifts to one another, this was a bit of a special deal for her because she's my little sister and turning 45 is kind of a milestone. So I was a little disappointed, and even my mother agreed. Even here in the PNW, the Vancouver Farmers' Market boasts significantly larger and fuller bouquets for significantly less money.
