My overall experience was OK. I wanted to surprise a friend, and she was really surprised, especially because I am out of the country.
The only issue was that the flowers were wilted by the time they were delivered. Perhaps they were out on the delivery truck too long.

Beautiful bouquets with the best prices I was able to find, very happy with the selection. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the $15 shipping fee for a $35 bouquet. The flowers delivered were beautiful!

The entire process was fairly smooth all the way up to purchase. But my order was marked as delivered so I had called customer support to see where it was since the person receiving them had not gotten the order. I was told that they could not get ahold of the florist and that I would get a call back when they did. I got home 2 hours later without hearing from them so I was waiting on the phone to talk to customer service again when the flowers finally showed up. My only complaints are the delivery time and lack of communication, as well as the flowers were not as impressive as I thought they would be for the price
