I went on line to my friend's floral website but somehow the flowers came from a florist an hour away from the recipient. How/why did this happen? The product did not look like the picture. Very disappointed.

What I ordered was with red roses and red Gerbera daisies, but I received totally different it was mixed flowers and too small then it shows on the picture. I was embarrassed in front of my family.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
