The site was nice and convenient and I got a 20% off discount right away. I spent at least an hour picking the bouquet with a unique vase, the fall plaid bow I liked, I wanted fall colors like burgundy and orange to go with her halloween decorations. The bouquet was even called Burgundy Blooms and it didn't even have any burgundy in it when delivered. I didn't want any lilies, so I picked one without them and the focus on the one she received was the great big orange lillies and then a bunch of little yellow ones. The one I picked didn't have any yellow and I didn't want any yellow spring flowers. I wanted fall flowers. The flowers were nice and in beautiful condition, but weren't arranged at all. Just kind of lopsided and stuff in the vase, which wasn't the shape of vase I ordered or the plaid bow pictured. They did give me back $7.28 when I showed them a comparison picture of what she got and what I ordered, which was a small refund compared to my cost of almost $60.00. The delivery was fast and courteous, but I was just disappointed at ordering one thing and then receiving something looking totally different. I will use a different place if I ever do it again.

They love the basket.
I was disappointed that the flowers were not delivered as originally scheduled. However, a representative called to reschedule to the next day. A credit was to be issued for the inconvenience. I thought it would be applied to the existing order, but it looks like it is only good for a future order. I would have preferred a credit for the existing order.
This was easy and quick, just what I needed.

The cupcakes were shipped without dry ice or cold gel packs. As a result they arrived melted, mushy and inedible, ruining my sister's birthday surprise.
The price at check out did not match the price listed. The only reason I proceeded is because I needed something quick and didn't want to start over again. Basically this is false advertising, Hopefully the product will be wotrthy of the price paid.
