The item appeared quite a bit smaller than the picture and the delivery time was completely botched. I am waiting to see if the 20% discount will be honored.
I wondered about the price. You advertise with 19,95 and in the end i had to pay more then 40 dollar. Almost 15 dollar handlingcosts is not usual in Holland. The advertising price and shippingcosts are normal in my country, we don't charge handlingcosts.
Further was the bouquet beautyfull.

THE arrangement wasn't exactly what I ordered but it was pretty. I had to call to find out what happened to my delivery since it was very late in the day and it hadn't been delivered. Wish the flowers were delivered earlier.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
