At first, I was pretty skeptical about the idea; after all, talking to an AI sounds a little weird. But I decided to give it a couple of tries, and then I got fully immersed in the conversation. I liked that it didn't just offer advice, but actually analyzed my thoughts step by step. There was a moment when it pinpointed a repetitive pattern in my behavior quite accurately, even though I hadn't articulated it myself. Keeping a journal was also helpful; sometimes I go back and reread the entries. I tried the voice feature a couple of times; it's a bit unusual, but it's not always comfortable. Overall, it's an interesting tool, but it doesn't replace a real person.
