Walked in to buy fitting, told no counter sales, told to order part and I would be called to pick the part up when the order was filled, possibly up to 2 days, then I wanted to pay and they would not take cash, did not have credit or debit card with me went home and ordered part to be mailed, mailing cost les than me picking the part up, understand companies operate differently, but I needed the part at the time I went in, I would not have ordered the part if I could find another outlet
I was able to go on line and order exactly what I wanted and received it within 2 days.

I was really please with this experience. I have a couple of forewarnings... The site is so large it's a little tricky to navigate. Once I figured it out - all of the information is there, EVERYTHING. I ordered a number of filters, housings, fittings... one small fitting was back ordered, it held up my shipment for 2 weeks. I was a little bummed about that. But everything cam as ordered. Finally, the prices are pretty good - so thats good! Will re-order filters and continue to use this site.
On top of extremely unprofessional, and rude customer service reps, they will sell your info to companies that will contact you to take surveys.
It was recommended to me to drink bottled water. I have a water wise boiler. After I was bothered with kidney stones. With diet and drinking this water I have not been bothered with Kidnet Stones. I do add Trace Minerals too each gallon.
Everything arrived as promised. I like the quality of the tubing ferrules and inserts.
The filter arrived on time and was easy to install.
When I made the first call, the promised call from a technician never occurred. When I called to cancel the order, they got a good tech on the phone who was very helpful.
Having to call to get any info as promised E-mails with status of order never come. Has been going on for almost 2 weeks. As of todays 3 phone calls for which I was promised a return call and E-mail showing order placed and other info regarding the order------------NOTHING
Sent wrong item - I guess it was just picked wrong
But got straitened out and got replacement - just took more time but all is good now!
I tried to search for a 20" GAC filter which was 2 1/2 inches in diameter with a flow rate of 5 to 10 GPM. Try finding this on your site. The site filters do not let you search by diameter, or length. If you look in the description like I did one the filter I orders and cant use, it says it comes in a 2 1/2 & a 4 1/2 but I received the 4 1/2. Now to return it I need to pay a restocking fee or buy something I cant find. Clearly whoever built your site didn't do it from a customers perspective.
You shipped error item to me, and I send back on March 28. But no one answers me when you ship the correct item to me. I send many email to your customer support but no one answer me.
I was very pleased with the fast delivery of our water filters and the friendly web site which was very easy to navigate. The tracking system worked well and the products matched up perfectly to our R/O system. Thanks again!
