Fine with Freshly

At first I had a very frustrating experience Freshly. I couldn't get my order through. Then all of a sudden a box showed up on my doorstep. However, somehow during the confusion, I was not given the $20 discount. I called and Tony F. Took care of the matter very professionally. I was very pleased with her expertise in expediting the problem that I was facing. She cleared it up in minutes and confirmed it with texts to my account. I am very impressed also with the meals I have sampled from Freshly. They are absolutely delicious!

Excellent service

I started freshly because my mother has been ill and in-and-out of hospitals and rehab (not drugs) for the last 3 & 1/2 months. When I emailed to cancel my subscription because my father quit eating I can't believe how wonderfully nice, kind and compassionate Toni was. What a nice relief when dealing with so much stress. She's an asset to your company and needs to be commended!

Celine was the greatest!

There was a mistake on the meals on my order for next week, and Freshly's chat agent, Celine helped my correct the order, even though the time period for choosing the meals had passed. Celine showed Freshly's dedication to serving their customers is paramount to making things right if at all possible. This makes me even more impressed with Freshly and its dedication not only to provide superior food but also to provide superior customer service and a superior customer experience. Meal choice issue
