I learned of FreeeUp by chance and I'm glad I did. It came at a time when I needed to temporarily fill the shoes of a long term employee that left my company. I brought on a VA for one of my businesses and they have been great and a tiny fraction of what an employee would cost. If you are a business owner considering hiring a freelancer or VA through FreeeUp I highly recommend you do. It will leverage your time and give you insurance if you have traditional employees. Nathan and his assistants are immediate in their response whenever I have a request or a question. 5 Stars service all around.

I've had a fantastic experience using the Freeup platform. They fully vet all potential hires for you, so you know you're going to be working with someone who is reliable, knowledgeable and competent from the start. No time wasted. My freelancer has proactively gone out of his way to come up with ideas and strategies to help my business outside of what I initially hired him for. Truly above and beyond!

They also have an incredibly attentive and easy to reach customer service team, so if you need anything or have an emergency, you literally have support at your fingertips. You can even reach Nathan and his top assistants directly via Skype if you need them.

Overall it's been a great experience and I've recommended it to many entrepreneur friends.

Holy crap Freeup is the best in the biz. No listings, no freelancers ignoring your requirements and wasting your time. You can create a job opening by self serve or by messaging their team and they'll get you the right person. On budget every time. LOVE LOVE LOVE freeup. They also do it in record time. Same day, next day at worst.

Unheard of.

I was very apprehensive to hire a VA because of prior experience. However, my business was growth was stalled because I could no longer do it all. Nor did I want to hire an actual employee and be responsible for all that that brings.

The process is very seamless, you look for a candidate that is a good fit for your business then a little bit of training and introduction to the business then it's smooth sailing from there. The freelancers and FreeeUP staff are always approachable and communication is never an issue. The Timeclock which my employees use to log their hours are very helpful for me to track the task that they have done for me each working day.
