Very timely response, easy to follow directions
Was fairly easy to complete, not too complicated a complete process
Checking my husband's credit score was easy and painless. However, since we share the same email address (mine), I was unable to get onto the site and register to check my own score, unfortunately!
Experience was good and report detailing was useful.
I was very pleased to have access to all 3 credit bureaus. Without jumping through hoops. The process was straight forward, all you had to do was provide basic information. It has been a pleasure.
Pretty easy to navigate...Feel a little more at ease knowing I can see and address any issues concerning my credit history.

It used to be free. And why put an OPTION to leave a review and you choose not to and then it tells you you have to leave a review?!?
I was able to receive my scores but was not able to view a few things I needed.
It was easy to navigate your web page. However, we were told it would be free. We paid the $1.00 but don't want yo get a monthly charge.
Nice to be able to check all three credit agencies at once!
My credit score went back up to 100 so I'm hopefully affordable that I'll be able to get my Section 8 apartment that I've always dreamed of thank you guys so much for your kind help giving me my credit score
Very poor because I did not intend for my credit card to have a monthly charge attached to it without my consent. I want the monthly payments to be stopped immediately.

After I reviewed my "free" results, I had all sorts of problem getting the $1 refunded (do not even understand why this was charged in the first place). Had to get to a supervisor to get the refund accomplished. Need to better train customer service personnel.
