Better check their Terms of Use closely before agreeing to them. I got charged $120 for a service never used, and when I contacted them about the unauthorized charges they told me I had in fact authorized them simply by agreeing to their Terms of Use when I opened the account. I contacted them multiple times telling them that my account showed it was on a free plan and I complained that I was still being charged. They confirmed that the account was indeed on a free plan—yet they continued to allow the charges. I had to flag the charges with my bank in order to even get the charges to stop. I requested a refund from Freepik for the unauthorized charges and was denied because I had "agreed to the terms". So all that money was wasted for nothing and they walk away without consequence. There is absolutely no way that I'm the only customer screwed over like this. The chargebacks for this company must be through the roof with shady terms like that. So watch yourself when you create an account with them. If you don't have money to waste, be sure you don't input your payment info into their system at any point in time or they'll just charge the heck out of you—without remorse or consequence.

Ther images and resource are so good. Site is fine. But the customer service is very very bad. Even there premium payment has been decline. Customer member didnt know how to talk to the people. :(

Even after Cancelation they kept charging CC. Inferior collections and Scammers. Do Not Use Freepik, You will be very unhappy.

Freepik is a scammer website they took my money and promised me 100 downloads per day and now after two month they closed my account for no reason

I cancelled my auto renew as i opened a new account to take advantage of the black friday deal. Then got billed for both accounts! No confirmation sent that the auto renew was cancelled and i have checked on my new account and nothing has come from that either. Fuming! Over £90 out of pocket. How do you prove this with no confirmation? :(

I have been a member for a year when it was time to auto-renew, I thought I had turned auto-renew off, but apparently, I did not. I saw I was charged. I contacted customer support and requested a refund and they did so without hesitation. The only reason I canceled was that I did not use it enough.

Great product and customer service.

I have activated a subscription with Slidesgo, a Freepik company that sell Google Slide templates.
I have used my credit card and I have associated the account to my email address.
However for some reason, the membership is now only acessible using Facebook or Google Account and there is no way to login using email + password.
For this reason not only I am not able to use my subscription but I also cannot cancel it or remove my credit card from the account.
I have written many times to the support but they have never replied.
I suggest to stay away from them.

I have used this site for a few years but over that last year they have had numerous issues and don't seem to be making progress on fixing anything. I paid a full year subscription and have not been able to access or download most of the year. Either the site crashes or the glitches keep you from logging in your your premium access. Attempts to contact are challenging and then they only suggest the troubleshooting you explain you tried already. I can't keep wasting hours trying to get graphics for projects I need to complete while not getting anywhere with support. Find a more reliable site with a better support team. At this point the site won't even allow a support message sent unless logged in.

Had one of the worst experience on Freepik so if possible, please do stay away from this site. The login is buggy and they don't have good link up between the google sign in and the email sign in. After 10 mins, the site auto logged you out and then you cannot sign back in.

The customer service staff, Marina replies with an egoistic comment and said "This is the last email with rude language we will reply to." Wow. Just wow. The CEO needs to look into the training of their staff properly. We are your customers. We are not your slaves.

This service say "Unlimited downloads" But limited 100 download per day! What the hell? And here "to avoid an irresponsible use of our images" I paid for it, so it's up to me to decide if it's responsible or not. I suggest you fix the package to 100 downloads per day to avoid confusion!

It always seems at the end of the month freepik reverts to its throttleing of users that actually use their accounts to download 100 images daily, but that's a NO NO to freepik you see Freepik is paying for the content so when you download your alotted number by agreement then Freepik has to pay their providers of the content people like RawPixel, Look Studio, NACreative, Red Grey Stock, Pop Cart, VectorStock, ComicStocks all terrific contributors and the more that gets downloaded the more they get paid notonly is Freepik fraudulently targeting users but they are taking income away from their own contributors. I have gone so far to identify the investors in this con. I have attached the images we received today should look familar to everyone that has a subscription with this company. I was warned by family members, other companies like myself who design for companies, shirt firms and individuals. Freepik is a scheme pure and simple my usage showed I logged in with Edge everytime but once however I was able to download on that day without a problem let me say this Google Chrome and Edge were on the exact same IP address. I believe Freepik has another notorious vendor who hosts their servers Ionos (1 & 1) and some of these measures could be linked back to them. Below is all the same old nonsensical reasons that Freepik sends to the accounts they want to stop using the platform. If your new I am a woman in my 60's I have accounts at PngTree, Vecteezy, Clipart.com, CreativeGraphics, Shutterstock I have NEVER experienced this harrasment from ANY of the mentioned sites except for Freepik. STAY AWAY YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THIS IT IS NOT ANOMOLY AN THEY WILL TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU WITH THEIR LEGAL PAGE I HAVE HAD 3 LAWYERS IN THE BOSTON AREA LOOK AT IT 1 LAUGHED, 1 "STUPID", 1 "HAS NO BASIS"

I used this service for less than a month. I cancelled my subscription (with confirmation) after only a couple of weeks. I was charged a second time. I went in and cancelled again (which should not have been possible (with another confirmation) and e-mailed the company about their fraudulent charges. I was charged a THIRD time. Now, I've been charged a FOURTH time! Make it STOP! I tried to cancel AGAIN and it didn't allow me, which is further proof it's charging me without a subscription. I have messaged their customer support again. There are plenty of other sites offering the same graphics and services that are professional and have a REAL customer service team. BUYER BEWARE!

I am SO grateful to Freepik! As a designer I need tons of assets, quickly with no quirks, and Freepik always has what I need. I love that you get. Ai files so you can tailor the designs also, and I love that I can send some of my beginner designers here to use the free pics. They are amazing! I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT FREEPIK! Love love love!
