We have time zone differences, i was going to cancel but they just pull money, when i contact with them about there is no deadline yet, they told me i need to plan better, and money not non refundable, i can not follow which time zone you are talking about if you dont mention that

Such a very RUDE/TOXIC hosting provider I've ever seen. They will kill their client businesses just a small of things they did. As my experience; my server also maintenance almost everyday while everything was charged as normal and all my clients got their TOXIC mails about what going on with my business (it's my internal matter) I just wondered why they did this to my clients I open a ticket and I got their answer "it's obligation." WHAT! Obligation to kill/destroy their client businesses.

My email and website was not working for 2 days. They would not answer their phones. They said there was an email with a warning set to me. NO EMAIL WAS RECEIVED. After being a paid domain for years. They really left me down. I REALLY HAVE HORRIBLE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. GO TO ANY OTHER HOSTING SITE.

They will let you host and then fill your website with malware and then google will block you. If this is what you want give them a try. I currently have 2 sites hosted by FreeHostia. The one I haven't updated since I hosted and now it has malware and Freehostia says they don't see any problems. The other site I have done everything including deleting and reinstalling the site but yet malware. My business is being destroyed by this company.
